At CNCNEST (http://cncnest.com), we sell digital CNC and laser cutting files. Due to the nature of digital products, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy.

1. No Return Policy

All products sold on CNCNEST are digital downloadable files.
Once a file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase
Accidental purchase
Lack of knowledge on how to use the file
Compatibility issues with your machine/software
3. Exceptions

Refunds Will Be Processed Within 3-4 Business Days To The Original Payment Method

Refunds or replacements may only be considered in the following cases:

The file is corrupted or not downloadable
The file delivered is completely different from the product description

In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
